The Nikki high-fastening winter coat is a super-comfortable autumn-winter coat, made from a high-quality wool blend. The coat is fully lined, including the sleeves. This high-fastening coat features lapels that can be turned up to form a collar. The turned-up lapels create a V-neckline.
The coat fastens with three buttons. When fastened high up, it creates a small, cosy stand-up collar. However, you can fasten it with any number of buttons, creating a smaller or larger collar on the coat. This design offers plenty of possibilities and makes the coat look different every time. The photo shows the coat fastened with one button or left completely open. The version fastened high is shown in the photo of the coat on the door. The cut features an asymmetrical hemline. Classic, straight shoulder line. The back of the coat is fitted, with a vent at the hem. The front has no darts. A tie belt, made from the same fabric as the coat, to accentuate the waist. Fastened with three buttons. Knee-length. Diagonally inset side pockets finished with flaps. Perfect for autumn and winter.
Nikki, with its timeless herringbone pattern in beautiful shades of blue and grey, and its light, youthful silhouette, will make you look younger and feel sophisticated. The soft fabric drapes beautifully, and you’ll look forward to wearing it every day. You can wear this coat with both jeans and creased trousers. It goes well with everyday outfits featuring trainers, as well as elegant or business ensembles. A scarf, hat or gloves will add character to your look. Whatever you choose, you can be sure that you’ll be comfortable in this coat and look stylish. The high-fastening Nikki winter coat will keep you warm and cosy.
We practise traditional tailoring and sew our coats by hand. We therefore ask for your patience. We need to create your dream coat for you. In line with the principles of sustainability, we avoid overproduction, which is why we do not make coats to stock.
Thanks to its unique design, this coat is suitable for women of all body shapes. This style will easily help to flatter the figure, even for those with a ‘pear-shaped’ figure. When choosing a coat with an asymmetrical front, you might want to opt for a smaller size that fits your shoulders, as the asymmetrical coat will naturally flare out at the hips anyway, visually slimming them and minimising the difference between the top and bottom of your figure. Additionally, the large collar at the top will balance out any disproportions. And a belt will emphasise your waist. When choosing a coat to suit your figure, you can use our tips from the tab: How do you choose a coat to suit your figure?

Material: 70% wool, 30% polyamide
Lining: 100% acetate
Like viscose, acetate is produced from cellulose. Acetate yarn can also be made from recycled cellulose such as paper. The acetate lining is excellent at absorbing moisture and allowing air to pass through. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.
Insulation: 100% non-woven recycled polyester
Our coats are insulated with a compressed thermo-insulating quilted fleece on the lining. The fleece is made from recycled polyester fibres. The material is lightweight, thin and at the same time perfectly insulating. The insulating fleece we use is resistant to moisture (it retains its insulating properties and warming effect even in damp conditions), stops the wind, is hypoallergenic and breathable. It is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.
We have designed and sew the Nikki high-neck winter coat in our own workshop. Thanks to our traditional tailoring methods, we have control over every stage of the coat’s creation. Each of our coats is unique to us, and we put our whole heart into making them. Coats have been our passion for over 37 years.
The coat should be dry-cleaned, but it is worth remembering that looking after your clothes is also a way of caring for the environment. By looking after and caring for your coat, you’ll enjoy it for longer whilst reducing waste. In the tab How to care for and maintain coats? you’ll find a few tips on home care. In addition, for frequent refreshing of the wool, we recommend Brush for cleaning and care of the coat, which you’ll find in our shop.
It is possible to make certain modifications at the customer’s request, known as the so-called Individual order: shortening or lengthening sleeves; shortening or lengthening a coat. We determine the cost of the service on a case-by-case basis, once the scope of the alterations has been agreed.
An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.
The lead time depends on the current stock in the atelier and the availability of the fabric colour in question. If a given coat is available in the company, the order will be fulfilled very quickly - 2-5 working days. If it is necessary to sew the coat or individualise the order - making alterations or sewing a new coat - the lead time may be extended, up to a maximum of 2 weeks.
Please bear with us whilst you wait for your order, as we need to make this coat for you. We use traditional methods, which is why we do not make coats to keep in stock.
