What to look out for?

Every item in our range is created through our meticulous craftsmanship. All our Products are refined and finished by hand, which makes each piece unique and one-of-a-kind. Therefore, slight variations and irregularities are an integral part of our Products.

Photographs and other forms of visualisation and presentation of the Goods featured on the Talia Online Shop’s website are provided for information purposes regarding the Goods and are intended to showcase the specific models shown therein.

We reserve the right to make changes to the colour of the Goods, resulting from differences between the colours shown in the photograph of the Goods and the actual Goods photographed.

Furthermore, the Seller reserves the possibility of slight variations in the colours of the Goods due to differences in the colours of the same material supplied to it by its suppliers.

The description of each Product lists the available colours and sizes. The sizes available for a particular colour are shown in brackets next to that colour.

The products featured in our online shop are available in a very wide range of colours. Given this wide range, The full range of colours available in the Online Shop is shown in the photographs of the various product models. If you’re unsure or have any doubts about a particular colour, please get in touch with us. We’ll be happy to help.

Dimensions are provided for each model shown, varying according to size. Each item is made individually, so the actual dimensions may differ slightly from those given on the website. We’d be happy to help you choose the right size.

The products listed in our Online Shop can be customised according to the Customer’s requirements. A list of available customisations is provided for each product. Each modification requires our separate approval and is priced individually. It may also affect the Order’s delivery time. Please note that we do not carry out all modifications. Therefore, it is essential to contact us by telephone or email before placing an Order.

We do not accept returns of goods from bespoke orders – made to measure, shortened and altered.

During the ordering process, please select the size and colour and, if agreed, provide details of any alterations, e.g. shortening the sleeves by 5cm.
