We have been sewing for you since 1988.

The Talia brand was initiated by my parents when they set up a small studio in Poznan in 1988. They created it to design and produce stylish, comfortable and quality clothes. Above all, however, they made them reliably, following the rules of tailoring art, using traditional, labour-intensive methods and at the same time being environmentally friendly. Since then, 37 years have passed. And we are still developing, fine-tuning the cuts, testing materials and gathering new experience. All of this is to make sure that we provide you with the highest quality product.

All our coats are designed and sewn in our family tailor shop in Poznan, in an environmentally friendly and Fair Trade manner. There are no shortcuts in our Studio and each of our coats is an artisanal gem, a work of our hands. We take an individual approach to each product, starting with the design, through the manual arrangement of the cut so that there is as little waste as possible, and finishing with the final touching up of the product by hand sewing on buttons or applications. This is why each of our products is unique. This is also where the labelling and shipping takes place. We pack each order personally.

Natural materials. Premium quality.

We spend a great deal of time researching materials. We want them to be natural, safe and of very high quality. When designing our coats, we often use wool, cashmere, alpaca and cotton. These fabrics provide comfort and look exclusive. With proper care, they age beautifully and your beloved coat will stay with you for years. We have been working with the same, tried and tested suppliers for many years. We also often sew our coats from a deadstock material we have selected and previously produced for a well-known brand. This allows us to offer fabrics in premium quality affordable and contribute to reducing global overproduction. Sustainability is very important to us.

News

Each of our collections is adapted to current trends and the season. Every year we offer two main collections, spring and autumn/winter. Increasingly, however, new models appear between the collections. The creative process is ongoing and coats are created all the time. Often, we also come across interesting material that stimulates our creativity. It is also worth asking around and checking our website regularly.  

Striking coats, jackets, blazers, trenches for everyday wear, work and special occasions

We make sure that our clothes are pretty and functional. So that they are ideal for creating a wide variety of looks and can be easily matched with elegant wardrobe pieces as well as everyday outfits. Many of our coats are kept in a minimalist style. This makes them the perfect base and it is up to you to decide what character you want to give them. Simply replace the shoes, handbag or other accessories and the look changes from formal to casual. We like to play with form, texture and colour. That is why we sometimes introduce seasonal innovations. Mostly, however, we opt for a modern take on classics, constantly striking a balance between the timeless and the latest trends.

Personalisation

We sew all our coats ourselves, therefore it is possible to sew a coat that meets your unique expectations. Modifications may concern both the choice of fabric and colour, as well as size adjustment (e.g. shortening or lengthening of sleeves, lengthening and shortening of the coat). We often create coats in limited quantities and even single pieces. Therefore, if one of the models has caught your eye but is unavailable, write to us and we will see what we can offer.
