Fulfilment and dispatch

Most orders are processed very quickly, sometimes within as little as 2 working days. The standard processing time for orders is up to 5 working days.

Actual order fulfilment times depend on current stock levels, the production process, order fulfilment by our suppliers, as well as promotions and the quantity of goods in a single order.

Where a coat has not yet been made, or in the case of bespoke orders requiring personalisation, the delivery time may be extended to 2 weeks. In exceptional circumstances, for example where the ordered goods are currently being prepared, a longer delivery time may be permitted.

Orders placed via the Talia Online Shop are normally dispatched via the courier company DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. We also deliver to DPD Pickup collection points and parcel lockers across Poland (you can even find them in Żabka shops). It is possible to collect your order in person from our workshop, subject to prior contact by telephone or email.

Domestic parcels (single-item dispatch)

DPD courier – delivery within 2 working days – 25 zł

DPD courier – cash on delivery – delivery within 2 working days – 30zł

International parcels (single-item shipments)

Dostawa Towaru poza granice Rzeczpospolitej Polski odbywa się tylko i wyłącznie po uprzednim kontakcie telefonicznym lub e-mailowym.

Germany/Austria/Czech Republic – DPD courier – delivery within 4 working days – 95 zł

Other countries – Poczta Polska – Economy post – delivery within 25 working days depending on the destination country (Russia, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: up to 8 weeks) – 140 zł

Other countries – express delivery – prices quoted on an individual basis following prior contact.

Orders shipped outside the territory of the Republic of Poland may be subject to zone fees, customs fees and import taxes, if any. These charges shall be borne by the Customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

We do not send cash on delivery abroad.
