Exchanges and returns
We always hope that our projects will bring their new owners a great deal of joy.
To ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their coat or jacket, Talia accepts exchanges and returns of orders purchased from the online shop.
Exchange of Goods
1 All Goods purchased from the Talia Online Shop are exchangeable within 14 days of delivery.
(2) If the Customer does not like the size/colour, he/she may exchange the Goods for the same one in a different size/colour. If the size/colour the Customer is interested in is not available, the Customer may exchange the Goods for another size/colour available in the Talia Online Shop.
(3) Exchanges should be addressed to: Talia Aldona Roszak, Clothing Company, 29 Trzebiatowska Street, 60-432 Poznań.
Please insert a card with the information in the package with the exchanged Goods:
* indication of the Target Goods (Goods name, size, colour)
* exchange address.
(4) The cost of sending back to Talia the unused Goods shall be covered by the Customer. On the other hand, the cost of postage after an exchange is made is free of charge and covered by the Seller (this applies to a one-time exchange).
(5) The cost of replacing Goods sent abroad - both ways shall be borne by the Customer.
If the Goods purchased as a result of the exchange is more expensive than the returned Goods, the Customer shall pay the difference in price to the Seller's bank account. The title of the transfer shall include the order number. If Talia's bank account is not credited with the agreed amount, the exchange will not be implemented.
If the Goods purchased as a result of an exchange are cheaper than the Goods returned, Talia shall, within 14 days of delivery of the Goods to be exchanged, refund the difference in price to the Customer's bank account.
Right to withdraw from a distance sales contract/Return of goods
1. A Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Contract without giving any reason by submitting an appropriate Notice within 14 days of receiving the Goods. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the Notice before the deadline expires.
2. The Customer may exercise the above right by sending a written Notice of Withdrawal from the Sales Contract to the following address: Talia Aldona Roszak, Clothing Company, 29 Trzebiatowska Street, 60-432 Poznań, and the return of the Goods together with proof of purchase. This declaration may also be submitted by email to the Seller’s address, namely: office@talia-fashion.pl
3. A suitable template for the Notice of Withdrawal from a distance sales contract is available below. However, a notice from the Customer written on a plain sheet of paper stating the following is sufficient:
“I hereby withdraw from the distance sales contract relating to the following items:
............................................................................................................ order number ................................. purchased via www.talia-fashion.pl .
Please transfer the amount concerned ....................... to the bank account given below.
Signature and legible personal details, address and account number to be reimbursed."
4. The return must be made without delay, and no later than within 14 days. The purchased Goods, together with proof of purchase, must be returned to the Seller’s address. The returned Goods must be in their original condition.
(5) In the event of cancellation of the Goods, the money will be refunded to the Customer by transfer to the bank account specified in the declaration within a maximum of 14 days.
The Customer shall bear the costs of returning the returned Goods.
The Customer is not entitled to return the Goods at the Seller's expense. In the event that the Goods are sent at the recipient's expense, the price to be refunded to the Customer shall be reduced by the return delivery costs paid by the Seller.
7. If the Consumer withdraws from the Contract, they shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from their use in a manner going beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
(8) The Customer shall not have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement in relation to contracts in which the object of performance is an item produced to the Customer's specifications or intended to satisfy his/her individualised needs.
We do not accept returns of Goods from Individual Orders - made-to-measure, shortened or altered.
