Material: 80% wool, 20% polyamide
Lining: 100% acetate
Like viscose, acetate is produced from cellulose. Acetate yarn can also be made from recycled cellulose such as paper. The acetate lining is excellent at absorbing moisture and allowing air to pass through. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.
Insulation: 100% non-woven recycled polyester
Our coats are insulated with a compressed thermo-insulating quilted fleece on the lining. The fleece is made from recycled polyester fibres. The material is lightweight, thin and at the same time perfectly insulating. The insulating fleece we use is resistant to moisture (it retains its insulating properties and warming effect even in damp conditions), stops the wind, is hypoallergenic and breathable. It is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.
This double-breasted, caramel-coloured, knee-length dress was designed and made in our workshop, where we have been operating transparently and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development since 1988, whilst upholding traditional and labour-intensive methods.
Individual order - We can carry out certain alterations at the customer’s request: shortening or lengthening the sleeves, or shortening or lengthening the coat. The cost is determined on a case-by-case basis, following prior consultation.
An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.
The coat should be dry-cleaned. For frequent refreshing of the wool we recommend the following Brush for cleaning and care of the coat, which you can buy in our shop. The lead time depends on the company's current stock and the availability of the fabric colour in question. If a particular coat is available in the atelier, the order will be processed very quickly 2-5 working days. If it is necessary to sew the coat or to individualise the order - making alterations or sewing a new coat - the lead time may be extended, up to a maximum of 2 weeks.
Please bear with us, as we don’t usually make coats in advance, so you may have to wait a little while :) We do our very best to keep production times as short as possible.
