Description
Polly women’s short woollen jacket with a high collar – light grey herringbone

The Polly short winter woollen jacket with a stand-up collar is a women’s winter jacket that is very with a modern, minimalist design. Raglan sleeves gently round off the line of the shoulders, and high stand-up collar gives the whole structure an architectural character.

It is the raglan sleeves that give the Polly jacket its a relaxed, slightly oversized fit, especially in the upper sections. A winter jumper, sweatshirt or jacket will fit easily. However, if you prefer a more fitted coat, I suggest choosing a smaller size. You can wear it loosely to maintain the outfit’s nonchalant feel, or tie it with a belt to emphasise your waist. A shorter style that falls just below the hips It goes perfectly with trousers, dresses and skirts alike.

The most distinctive feature of the Polly jacket is a high stand with a geometric shape. When buttoned up, it creates a striking, modern silhouette, whilst when left unbuttoned, it drapes softly around the neck and creates a completely different look. The stand-up collar not only looks beautiful, but also effectively protects against the cold and wind. Decorative epaulettes on the shoulders, they give the jacket a slightly military look. Two side pockets, which are very practical, finished with a trim.

The Polly short winter woollen jacket with a stand-up collar is made from soft fabric, mainly made of wool and, in addition, she we have insulated. This means that the shorter, hip-length style is also perfect for winter, ensuring freedom of movement and great style on chilly autumn and winter days.

How should I wear it?

The Polly jacket is incredibly versatile and works well with a wide range of outfits. It looks stunning both in an elegant look with tight-fitting leggings (or stirrup trousers) and a black wide-brimmed hat, and in a casual look with jeans and a chunky woollen jumper. Wear it buttoned up if you want to emphasise its architectural silhouette, or unbuttoned if you’re after a softer, more nonchalant look.

Polly will look great in a wide range of outfits. With black trousers, ankle boots and a hat It will create an elegant, striking outfit. Paired with jeans, a chunky jumper and a scarf, it takes on a more relaxed, urban feel. You can also cinch it with a belt and pair it with a dress to create a feminine look for cooler days.

Wear it buttoned up if you want to emphasise its architectural shape, or unbuttoned if you’re after a softer, more nonchalant look.

How do you look after a woollen jacket?

The Polly short winter woollen jacket with a stand-up collar will retain its shape and properties best if it is professionally dry-cleaned. For day-to-day care, it is advisable to air it out regularly and gently clean the surface of the fabric with a special Brush for cleaning and care of the coat, available in our shop. Minor creases can be removed using a steamer. When not in use, store the jacket in a wide, contoured hanger, ideally in a cover.
