Description

A long woollen coat in a beige herringbone pattern with a stand-up collar Lima is a single-breasted transitional coat with a looser, modern fit. Early spring in Poland can be surprising, which is why we are increasingly including transitional coats. We make them from fleshy fabrics with a high wool content and a lighter weight, so you needn’t worry about changeable weather. The Lima coat will keep you cosy and warm on cooler days, and when it gets warmer, it will ensure you stay comfortable. The whole garment is finished with a breathable lining. PThe edges of the coat have been reinforced with a very delicate adhesive that stabilises the fibres and lends it a refined appearance. Premium product in a limited edition.

The Lima woollen coat combines functionality and elegance, suitable for a variety of conditions and styles. Hence raglan sleeves, which not only give the silhouette a softer look, but also allow for greater freedom of movement and provide extra space under the arms — which is particularly important when creating multi-layer sets. You can easily fit a jumper or a blazer for work underneath it. Removable strip, made from the same fabric, allows the coat to be tailored to the figure and accentuates the waist. A high, buttoned collar. When fastened, it resembles a turtleneck, and when unfastened, it can be worn as a classic reversible top. Asymmetrical, single-breasted fastening, slightly offset to one side, giving it a contemporary look. The model features two handy pockets finished with a strip, mid-calf length and slit at the back. That’s enough of the decorative cape. The coat’s minimalist design allowed us to opt for a fabric with an interesting pattern. Beige twill It subtly catches the eye and adds depth to the overall composition. Go for the Lima between-seasons coat – you’ll love its comfort and quality craftsmanship.

A long woollen coat in a beige herringbone pattern with a stand-up collar Lima was designed and hand-sewn in our family workshop. We have been practising traditional tailoring for over 37 years. The handmade process – although time-consuming – ensures that we deliver coats of the very highest quality.

The coat should be dry-cleaned. Proper care, hanging and avoiding snags will ensure that your coat remains beautiful for a long time. Take a look at our tab: How to nurture and care for the coat?, where we’ve set out some simple ways to ensure your coat lasts a long time. And for frequent refreshing of the wool, we recommend: Brush for cleaning and care of the coatavailable in our shop.

There is also the possibility of Individual orders, i.e. with minor alterations as requested by the customer. We can shorten or lengthen the sleeves of the coat, or adjust the overall length. If you’re not keen on the epaulettes on the shoulders, we can also remove them. The cost of this service is determined on a case-by-case basis following prior consultation to discuss the available options. An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.

The order fulfilment time depends on the availability of the product in question at our workshop. In most cases, we do not produce items for stock, but only once we have received a specific order. The stock level shown in the shop does not always indicate that the product is physically available, nor does it guarantee that the fabric is in stock or that we are ready to make it. Orders are normally processed within 2–5 working days. However, if a coat or jacket needs to be made to order, or if the order requires personalisation – such as alterations or the creation of a new coat to the customer’s specifications – the order processing time may be extended to a maximum of 2 weeks.
