Long cotton women’s trench coat with a double-breasted fastening Matilde is our latest offering for the transitional seasons. We have made our best-selling model maxi length, from thick cotton fabric with a twill weave, in in an iconic shade of beige. We finished the interior breathable lining. The front panels of the coat have been further reinforced with a very delicate stabilising interlining, giving the trench coat a luxurious look. It’s the perfect choice for people who value modern classics. When designing it, we deliberately drew inspiration from the ‘British core’ style, which prioritises quality, timelessness and practicality. We wanted our trench coat to remain elegant, functional and fashionable regardless of changing trends. It wasn’t just a seasonal whim, but a favourite item in your wardrobe – one that makes you feel good and that you reach for when you’re not sure what to wear.

Double-breasted with buttons, which also serve as a decorative feature on the coat. On the back and front separate capes finished with a button. Two side pockets, which add to its practicality. At the back, at the bottom of the coat, there is a vent that makes the silhouette appear longer, making the trench coat comfortable to walk in, despite its length. Tied. This belt is perfect for accentuating your waist. I’d also recommend tying the strap at the back. This will add a touch of nonchalance and a relaxed vibe, whilst emphasising your figure in a more unusual way.

Long cotton women’s trench coat with a double-breasted fastening Matilde features a carefully crafted cut that flatters the figure whilst ensuring comfort and a roomy fit, allowing you to wear it with a jumper or a jacket. The raglan sleeves ensure freedom of movement, whilst additional darts shape and accentuate the figure. You can also tie it with a belt for a better fit. The trench coat looks great whether worn oversized or fitted. It has a relaxed fit, but isn’t oversized. Fabric: 98% cotton, 2% elastane
Lining: 50% acetate, 50% viscose
Like viscose, acetate is produced from cellulose. Acetate yarn can also be made from recycled cellulose such as paper. The acetate lining is excellent at absorbing moisture, permeable to air and comfortable to wear. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.
We design and sew all our coats, jackets, trench coats and blazers from start to finish in our family workshop. We practise traditional tailoring. Individual order - Some modifications can be made at the client's request: shortening, lengthening of the sleeve, shortening and lengthening of the coat. Cost to be determined individually, after prior contact. An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.

The order processing time depends on current stock levels in the workshop and the availability of the specific colour of fabric. If a particular coat is available ‘off the rack’, the order will be processed very quickly, within 2–5 working days. If a new coat needs to be made or the order requires customisation – such as alterations or the creation of a new coat to the customer’s specifications – the order processing time may be extended to a maximum of 2 weeks.
