The Melody waisted virgin wool coat with belt is a knee-length winter coat that will not only protect you from the cold, but also add a chic touch. We've tailored it in a soft virgin wool fabric that will provide optimum thermal comfort whatever the changing weather. The whole is finished with an acetate lining. The coat is additionally insulated, also in the sleeves. The coat is fastened with one button, the second of which is decorative. It has a belt, which we sewed from the same fabric. Thanks to it, you can emphasise the waist even more. The tie at the back will optically slim your silhouette. The coat has a fitted back and a profiled front, which makes it very comfortable - it skims over your silhouette rather than hugs it. Two side pockets finished with a decorative trim add practicality. No zipper.
Noteworthy is the beautiful exponential collar with an interesting form. We designed it to emphasise the neckline and make it slimmer, especially important for ladies with a generous bust, and when raised, it protects from the wind. We have additionally lined the front of the coat with very delicate glue, stabilising the fibres, emphasising the properties of the fabric and giving the coat a luxurious look.

Material: 100% virgin wool
Lining: 100% acetate
Like viscose, acetate is produced from cellulose. Acetate yarn can also be made from recycled cellulose such as paper. The acetate lining is excellent at absorbing moisture and permeable to air. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified. It ideally provides thermal comfort and is comfortable to wear.
Insulation: 100% non-woven recycled polyester
Our coats are insulated with a compressed thermo-insulating quilted fleece on the lining. The fleece is made from recycled polyester fibres. The material is lightweight, thin and at the same time perfectly insulating. The insulating fleece we use is resistant to moisture (it retains its insulating properties and warming effect even in damp conditions), stops the wind, is hypoallergenic and breathable. It is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.
We designed the Melody striped virgin wool waist coat with both comfort and aesthetics in mind. It is most important to us that you feel beautiful and comfortable. We sewed the coat in our studio in Poznań, using traditional, labour-intensive methods and a lot of heart put into it, while being environmentally friendly. Every element of the coat has been thought out and refined by us so that it impresses with its quality.
Individual order - Some modifications can be made at the client's request: shortening, lengthening of the sleeve, shortening and lengthening of the coat. Cost to be determined individually, after prior contact.
An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.
The Melody striped virgin wool waist coat should be dry-cleaned. For regular refreshing of the coat we recommend Brush for cleaning and care, which can be purchased in our shop. Proper care of garments not only prolongs their lifespan but also contributes to environmental protection.
The lead time depends on the current stock in the atelier and the availability of the given fabric colour. If the given coat is available in the atelier, the order will be realised within 2-5 working days. If it is necessary to sew the coat or individualise the order - making alterations or sewing a new coat according to the customer's specifications - the order processing time may be extended, up to a maximum of 2 weeks.
We avoid overproduction and do not sew for stock, so we have to sew this coat for you. And although we try to process orders quickly, sewing a coat takes time and precision. Thank you for supporting Polish craftsmanship.
