The Milano brown herringbone oversized winter coat is a fairly casual double-breasted coat with dropped shoulders and a loose fit that add nonchalance and stylish ease to the styling. It's the perfect coat for those who appreciate comfort but don't want to sacrifice elegance. The coat has a deliberately lowered shoulder line to create space for layering styles and to give the overall look a soft and relaxed feel. The Milano coat is gently looser and larger, especially in the upper parts. Ideal for those with a larger bust. However, if you prefer a more fitted coat - we recommend choosing a smaller size. The most important thing about this cut is that it doesn't sag too much on the hips.
Milano's brown herringbone oversized winter coat is tied. The belt has been sewn from the same fabric and added deliberately for those of you who like to emphasise your waist. However, the belt is easily removable and the boxy cut of the coat also looks great without it. An ideal option for those who don't like belts. Two front pockets finished with decorative piping. Widened collar with a cut-out, shaping the neckline into a slender point. Raised looks very modern and protects from cold and chill. Knee-length. Back without a zipper. Fully insulated. An excellent choice for cold winter weather.

Material: mocha herringbone: 80% virgin wool, 20% polyamide
Lining: 100% acetate
Like viscose, acetate is produced from cellulose. Acetate yarn can also be made from recycled cellulose such as paper. The acetate lining is excellent at absorbing moisture and allowing air to pass through, making it comfortable and wearable. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.
Insulation: 100% non-woven recycled polyester
Our coats are insulated with a compressed thermo-insulating quilted fleece on the lining. The fleece is made from recycled polyester fibres (insulating 100% recycled polyester). The material is lightweight, thin and at the same time perfectly insulating. The insulating material we use is resistant to moisture (it retains its insulating properties and warming effect even in damp conditions), stops the wind, is hypoallergenic and breathable, and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.
The material from which we sewed the Milano coat comes from deadstock materials that we managed to buy back from Italian manufacturers. It was produced for a well-known Fashion House and not collected in its entirety. And we created a unique, high-quality product from it in a very limited quantity. Looking for this type of material is part of our sustainable fashion philosophy.
All coats are designed and sewn in our family workshop in Poznań, so there is the possibility of certain modifications being made to the Individual Customer Order: shortening, lengthening of the sleeve and shortening and lengthening of the coat. All personalisations and their cost are agreed individually, after prior contact.
An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.
The lead time depends on the current stock in the atelier and the availability of the given fabric colour. If the given coat is sewn, the order will be realised very quickly within 2-5 working days. If it is necessary to sew the coat or individualise the order - making alterations or sewing a new coat according to the customer's specifications - the lead time may be extended, up to a maximum of 2 weeks.
The coat should be dry-cleaned. For frequent refreshing of the coat we recommend the following Brush for cleaning and care of the coatwhich can be purchased in our shop. We also encourage you to read our advice on proper care: How to care for and maintain coats?
