Description

The Florence graphite-coloured oversized virgin wool coat is a loose-fitting, oversized style with a double-breasted button fastening. The coat features dropped shoulders, a tie fastening and two diagonal front pockets. The back is straight-cut at the hem. The belt is made from the same fabric. It perfectly accentuates the waist and gives the silhouette a balanced look. A wide, turned-down lapel collar with gently rounded edges. When turned up, it will wrap you up and shield you from the cold wind. The coat is fully lined and additionally insulated. A premium product in limited availability, made from wool fabric in a classic herringbone pattern. Its soft shape and soft fabric ensure comfort when worn in winter.

The Florence oversized graphite coat, made from virgin wool, has a relaxed, oversized cut that will accommodate most of your loose-fitting outfits. The coat’s length will easily cover midi skirts, whilst protecting you from gusts of wind when wearing mini skirts. It’s perfect for both everyday outfits and sophisticated, elegant occasions.
It’ll also look great with casual outfits featuring chunky-soled shoes and a puffy, quilted shopper bag.

This is an oversized style, so if you prefer a more fitted cut, we recommend choosing a smaller size. The belt can be removed or tied at the back, in which case this boxy silhouette will be ideal for women with an apple-shaped figure. Material: 100% virgin wool
Lining: 100% acetate

Like viscose, acetate is produced from cellulose. Acetate yarn can also be made from recycled cellulose such as paper. The acetate lining is excellent at absorbing moisture and permeable to air. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.

Insulation: 100% non-woven recycled polyester
Our coats are insulated with a compressed thermo-insulating quilted fleece on the lining. The fleece is made from polyester fibres produced from recycled materials. The material is lightweight, thin and at the same time perfectly insulating. The insulating fleece we use is resistant to moisture (it retains its insulating properties and warming effect even in damp conditions), stops the wind, is hypoallergenic and breathable, and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.

We designed and sewed this graphite-coloured, oversized coat made from Florence virgin wool in our family workshop. For over 35 years, we have strived to nurture and promote traditional craftsmanship, putting our whole hearts into our work and teaching future generations to respect the work of human hands. We follow the #lesswaste principle and, by laying out the patterns by hand, we minimise waste – which is why nothing goes to waste here. Help protect the environment and look after your coat so that you can enjoy it for many years to come. The coat should be dry-cleaned. In our shop, we offer Brush for cleaning and care of the coat, which is perfect for helping you refresh your woollens. You’ll find further tips on how to extend the life of your coat in the tab How to nurture and care for the coat?
