Marcela’s double-breasted water-repellent cotton trench coat is a classic women’s trench coat with a modern twist. We’ve made it from a water-repellent blend of cotton and an acetate-viscose lining. Furthermore, to give it a luxurious look, we’ve trimmed the front panels with with a very delicate, stabilising interlining. Fastens with a double row of hand-sewn buttons. Ties at the front. Mwith large lapels, raglan sleeves, epaulettes on the shoulders and decorative stripes on the sleeves. Decorative capes at the back and front, finished with a button. Two side pockets, adding to its practicality. At the back, at the bottom of the coat, there is a vent that makes the silhouette appear longer, making the trench coat comfortable to walk in, despite its midi length.

This double-breasted, loose-fitting trench coat in water-repellent cotton by Marcela is a relaxed yet not oversized coat. The raglan sleeves add softness and ensure freedom of movement, which is extremely important when creating layered looks. It’s ideal for those with broader, more defined shoulders and a fuller bust. We’ve minimised the excess fabric that results from this type of sleeve construction by adding shaping darts. As a result, the trench coat flatters the figure whilst remaining comfortable to wear. For a better fit, you can tie the trench coat with a belt at the waist. Whether at the front or the back – it all depends on your preference.

Lining: 50% acetate, 50% viscose
Like viscose, acetate is produced from cellulose. Acetate yarn can also be made from recycled cellulose such as paper. The acetate lining is excellent at absorbing moisture, permeable to air and comfortable to wear. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.

As we sew all the products ourselves, we offer the possibility of Individual Order with minor modifications, such as shortening or lengthening the sleeves, shortening or lengthening the jacket. The cost of modifications is determined individually after prior contact. An individual order is not subject to refund or exchange.
The lead time depends on the company's current stock and the availability of the fabric colour in question. If a given coat is available in the workshop, the order will be realised very quickly - 2-5 working days. If it is necessary to sew a new coat or individualise the order, i.e. make an alteration or sew a new coat according to the customer's specifications, the lead time may be extended to a maximum of 2 weeks.
