The Amalfi mocha-mélange double-breasted knee-length wool coat is our latest offering in elegant, slightly shorter coats. We have deliberately tailored it to this length to make it more versatile, so that women of all heights can enjoy wearing it. It is crafted from a substantial, lightweight wool blend in the most fashionable mocha colour. The whole coat is finished with a breathable acetate lining. This ensures the coat will keep you warm on cooler days and allow for breathability when the temperature rises. At the same time, it is lightweight, practical and stylish. It will certainly add a fresh touch to your spring wardrobe.
Mocha is a great choice for spring. In a melange version, it’s even more interesting and modern. A melange coat in a mocha shade will go perfectly with other neutral colours, such as white, grey or navy blue, but also with the pastel shades typical of spring (such as a pastel scarf or handbag). It’s ideal for creating monochromatic looks, which always look exclusive and striking. You can easily put together a total look based on a single colour by experimenting with different textures and fabrics. It will also look wonderful if you pair it with other items of clothing in the same or a similar shade – for example, beige, brown or even cream accents.
This double-breasted, knee-length wool coat in Amalfi mocha melange features raglan sleeves and a classic, turn-down collar with a sharp edge. It fastens with two rows of hand-sewn buttons and ties at the waist. A belt made from the same fabric further accentuates the waist. Side slanted pockets finished with a wide trim. The back is gently fitted, with a slit at the hem. Subtle cuff tabs. The coat has a minimalist cut, free from unnecessary embellishments, and goes with practically everything. You simply slip it on and head out. Fasten it, tie it at the front or back, or simply wear it unbuttoned – you’ll look perfect every time. This feature will be appreciated by anyone who doesn’t like to spend too much time thinking about their everyday outfit. It’s ideal for the transitional season, offering a perfect alternative to the classic trench coat.

The Amalfi mocha-mélange knee-length double-breasted wool coat is a looser-fitting style. The raglan sleeve construction adds softness and ensures freedom of movement, whilst also making the coat less fitted around the upper body. To balance the proportions and emphasise the silhouette, we’ve added extra shaping darts. This is why the coat is relaxed but not oversized. With this style, it’s important that it flows over the hips rather than clinging to them. Nevertheless, jIf you prefer a more fitted coat, we suggest choosing a smaller size. Lining: 100% acetate
Like viscose, acetate is produced from cellulose. Acetate yarn can also be made from recycled cellulose such as paper. The acetate lining is excellent at absorbing moisture and permeable to air. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.
The coat should be dry-cleaned. However, you can take care of it on a day-to-day basis by using the following products offered in our shop Brushes for cleaning and care of the coat. We also recommend airing it out regularly and storing it properly. By looking after your coat, you’re also helping to protect the environment, which is why in the tab How to nurture and care for the coat? we have included tips on how to extend the life of your coat.
Individual order - We can carry out certain modifications at the customer's request, such as: shortening, lengthening of the sleeve, shortening and lengthening of the coat. We determine the cost individually, pricing the scope of work, after prior contact.
An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.
The order fulfilment time depends on our current stock levels and the availability of the specific colour of fabric. If the coat in question is in stock at our workshop, the order will be fulfilled very quickly – within 2–5 working days. If the coat needs to be made to order or customised – whether this involves alterations or making a new coat to the customer’s specifications – the order fulfilment time may be extended to a maximum of 2 weeks.
