Description

The Sky long women’s wool tweed coat is transitional coat combining a classic cut with the elegance of British style. We’ve made it from a thick fabric with a twill weave that creates a ribbed pattern – known as diagonal. This pattern is delicate, yet it catches the eye and gives the whole piece a modern lookLighter fabric weight makes this coat perfect the perfect choice for spring and autumn. It provides cosy warmth when the weather turns cooler, and lightness and breathability on warmer days.

The Sky coat is carefully fitted back, contoured front, which makes it very comfortable. It flatters the figure without being too tight. Fabric belt, made from the same wool blend as the coat, it gently accentuates the waist. On the side two recessed pockets, which enhance practicality without detracting from the coat’s minimalist design. Lined reverse flange – When raised, it provides ideal shelter and protects the sick from the wind. Two zips at the back – they add a subtle touch of style whilst ensuring comfort. The coat is mid-calf length. Fastened with double-breasted with buttons. The garment is lined throughout with a breathable lining.

When designing this long women’s coat made from Sky wool tweed, we drew inspiration from a fashion aesthetic known as British Core. It is a style that combines elegance, timeless chic with vintage and old-money influences. It’s a style that focuses on high-quality materials, classic cuts and understated patterns and colours. That’s why the Sky coat offers endless possibilities for creating outfits. All the more so because diagonal It’s easy to combine with earthy colours: greys, beiges and browns.

Whether you’re going for a sporty look, something more casual for work, or perhaps an outfit for a special occasion, all you need is a cashmere jumper and wide-leg woollen trousers – the look will come together all by itself. Want to give it a bit more character? Throw on a tweed jacket and a pair of Oxfords. Or perhaps you’d prefer something a bit more feminine? Go for a cream shirt, a burgundy skirt, tights in a similar shade and suede ankle boots. You’ll look great every time – luxurious, yet subtle.

The Sky long women’s wool tweed coat was created at our family-run tailor’s shop in Poznań. It is made from high-quality fabric with a high wool content, ensuring durability, comfort and natural warmth. Each coat has been precisely cut and sewn, with attention to the finest details. This is a model from a limited edition collection – premium product, which stands out not only for its style but also for the quality of its craftsmanship.

We uphold the traditions of artisan tailoring – which enables us to precisely align the herringbone or diagonal pattern across all parts of the coat. This approach not only allows us to achieve a perfect finish, but also to minimise fabric consumption and reduce waste, which in turn reduces the environmental impact.

The coat should be dry-cleaned. For frequent refreshing of the wool we recommend the following Brush for cleaning and care of the coat, available in our shop. To keep your coat clean, it is often enough simply to air it out and brush it regularly. This method is gentler on the fabric and helps to reduce water and energy consumption during the washing process. We encourage you to read our guide: How to care for and maintain coats?

It is possible to make some modifications in the Individual orders – At the customer’s request: shortening or lengthening of sleeves, and shortening or lengthening of the coat. The scope of the alterations and their cost are determined separately for each order. An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.

The order processing time depends on current stock levels in our workshop and the availability of the specific colour of fabric. If a particular coat is available ‘off the rack’, the order will be processed very quickly, within 2–5 working days. If a new coat needs to be made or the order requires customisation – such as alterations or the creation of a new coat to the customer’s specifications – the order fulfilment time may be extended to a maximum of 2 weeks.

We do our best to keep the waiting time as short as possible, but our coats are sewn by hand using traditional methods, so please be patient.
