The Helena brown long wool transitional coat is a coat with a drapey, looser fit that wraps softly around the figure. The ruffled sleeves, finished with epaulettes, add softness to the figure and provide great comfort. Zapinated with double-breasted buttons and tied at the waist. The belt, in the same fabric, for a better fit. We've tailored it in a soft and lightweight wool blend that adds a touch of class and elegance. Further enhancing the effect of a subtle sense of luxury. The coat, despite its mid-calf length, is light, airy and warm. It is ideal for spring and autumn, both on cold days and when the sun is shining. Classic, padded collar with open lapels. Two functional slash pockets. Rear zip. Fully lined. Limited edition.

What size to choose and how to measure yourself are suggested in our short guide: How to choose a size?
The coat has a relaxed but not oversized fit. Due to the raglan sleeve construction, it falls slightly looser, especially in the upper parts. However, thanks to the well-thought-out construction and the use of additional modelling cuts at the front and back, the coat emphasises the silhouette but does not restrict movement. The most important thing about this cut is that it does not sag at the hips. Please contact us if you have any doubts about sizing.
Mr. with broader shoulders or a generous bust can confidently consider this proposal. For tips on which coat cut to choose, please see: How do you choose a coat to suit your figure?
Material: 80% wool, 20% polyamide
Lining: 100% acetate

The brown long transition coat in Helena wool was made in our family tailor shop in Poznan, in an environmentally friendly and Fair Trade manner. Our coat is an artisanal creation in which even the buttons have been sewn by hand. It has been sewn from deadstock material selected by us, previously produced for a well-known brand. The process of finding materials is very labour-intensive, but this allows us to offer very good quality materials at a good price and contribute to reducing global overproduction. Sustainability is very important to us.
The transition coat should be dry-cleaned. Proper care, hanging and avoiding snags will keep your coat beautiful for a long time. Take a look at our tab: How to nurture and care for the coat?, where we have included simple methods for enjoying your coat for a long time. And to refresh your wool frequently, we recommend the following Brush for cleaning and care of the coatwhich can be purchased in our shop.
There is also the possibility of Individual ordersThe coat can be modified at the customer's request. We can shorten or lengthen sleeves, shorten or lengthen the coat, remove decorative epaulettes and patches. The cost of such a service is determined individually after prior contact and determination of possible options.
An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.
The lead time depends on the current stock in the atelier and the availability of the fabric colour in question. If the given coat is available in the atelier, the order will be fulfilled very quickly - 2-5 working days. If it is necessary to sew the coat or individualise the order - making alterations or sewing a new coat - the lead time may be extended, up to a maximum of 2 weeks.
We practice traditional craftsmanship and each of our coats is sewn by hand. For this reason, we do not sew coats for stock, so please be patient - we need to sew this coat for you. Thank you for supporting a local business.
