The order processing time depends on current stock levels in our workshop and the availability of the specific colour of fabric. If a particular coat is in stock, the order will be processed very quickly – within 2–5 working days. If the coat needs to be made to order or the order requires customisation – such as alterations or the creation of a new coat according to the customer’s specifications – the order fulfilment time may be extended to a maximum of 2 weeks.
