The Helena mocha wool midi coat is a dressing-gown-style coat with raglan sleeves, featuring a double-breasted button fastening and a tie at the waist. It’s the perfect choice for the transitional seasons. We’ve made it from a substantial, lightweight wool-blend fabric in this year’s most fashionable colour: mocha. It is fully lined. This is a long coat with a very well-thought-out cut. Designed to both flatter the figure and ensure comfort. Hence the raglan sleeve construction, which lends it softness and a subtle, relaxed fit. The fit is relaxed but not oversized. Therefore, despite being fitted, it can accommodate a jumper or a jacket. It features classic, slimming lapels, decorative epaulettes on the shoulders, a vent at the back and two side pockets finished with a trim – all these details make the Helena coat a timeless piece.

The coat has a relaxed but not oversized fit. Due to the sleeve construction, it falls slightly looser, especially in the upper parts. It has a belt with which you can tie to adjust the coat to your silhouette and accentuate your waist. If you are unsure of your size choice, please contact us.
Material: 80% wool, 20% polyamide
Lining: 100% acetate
Like viscose, acetate is produced from cellulose. Acetate yarn can also be made from recycled cellulose such as paper. The acetate lining is excellent at absorbing moisture and allowing air to pass through, so it wears well. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex® Standard 100 certified.
Helena mocha wool midi coat It was made in our family-run tailor’s workshop in Poznań, using environmentally friendly methods and in accordance with Fair Trade principles. Our coat is an artisanal creation in which even the buttons have been sewn by hand. It has been sewn from deadstock material selected by us, previously produced for a well-known brand. The process of finding materials is very labour-intensive, but this allows us to offer very good quality materials at a good price and contribute to reducing global overproduction. Sustainability is very important to us.
This between-seasons coat should be dry-cleaned. With proper care, by hanging it up and avoiding snags, your coat will stay looking its best for a long time. There is also the possibility of Individual ordersThe coat can be modified at the customer's request. We can shorten or lengthen sleeves, shorten or lengthen the coat, remove decorative epaulettes and patches. The cost of such a service is determined individually after prior contact and determination of possible options.
An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.
The lead time depends on the current stock in the atelier and the availability of the fabric colour in question. If the given coat is available in the atelier, the order will be fulfilled very quickly - 2-5 working days. If it is necessary to sew the coat or individualise the order - making alterations or sewing a new coat - the lead time may be extended, up to a maximum of 2 weeks.
We practice traditional craftsmanship and each of our coats is sewn by hand. For this reason, we do not sew coats for stock, so please be patient - we need to sew this coat for you. Thank you for supporting a local business.
