An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.
The delivery time depends on the current stock in the atelier and the availability of the given colour of material. If the given coat is available in the atelier, the order will be fulfilled very quickly - 2-5 working days. If it is necessary to sew the coat or individualise the order - making alterations or sewing a new coat - the lead time may be extended, up to a maximum of 2 weeks.
