In order to meet our Customers’ expectations, Talia accepts exchanges and refunds of orders purchased from the Online Store.

Exchange of goods

All standard orders can be exchanged within 14 days from the receipt.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the size / color, the product can be exchanged for the same one in a different size / color or for another one available in Talia Online Store. If you have doubts, please contact us, maybe we can sort this out.

In case of the goods delivered on the territory of the Republic of Poland, the cost of sending back is covered by the Customer. However, the cost of shipping after the exchange is free and covered by the Seller (this applies to a single exchange).

In case of the goods sent abroad the delivery costs both ways (from the Customer to us and from us to the Customer) are being covered by the Customer.

The goods shall be sent back to the following address with attached information indicating the target product and the Customers’ address.

Return of goods (Withdrawal right)

The Customer being a Consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal from any agreement stipulated according to these general sales conditions, without any penalty, within 14 days from the date he receives the ordered products, for any reason and without being liable to provide any explanation in this regard.

To exercise the right to withdraw, the Consumer must send a withdrawal request enclosed to the package received to Talia within the indicated deadline to:

The product shall be sent back immediately, but in each case not later than within 14 days of the date of the notice on the withdrawal.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be valid, the products shall be submitted or in any case delivered to Talia integer (without any sign of wear, abrasion, dent, scratch, deformation, etc.), complete with all their parts and accessories, accompanied by original packaging and wrapping and tag.

Should any of mentioned above be lacking, the Consumer will lose the right to be refunded for the amounts paid. In view of the above, the Product should be packed to preserve integrity and to protect the product during transport, also against writing or labels.

If the check of the returned products gives a positive outcome and the right of withdrawal has been duly exercised by the Consumer according to the foreseen terms and methods, Talia will refund the full amount paid to purchase the Products to the Consumer as soon as possible and in any case, within 14 days from receiving the returned Product.

The Customer bears direct costs of the return of the goods.

PERSONALISED (CUSTOMISED) GOODS

Please be informed that in the event of ordering personalised goods (tailor made e. g. shortened sleeves or remodeled) withdrawal from the Agreement is not accepted (return the goods is not acctepted). Legal grounds: Article 38 item 3 of the Consumer’s Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Dz. U. of 2014, item 827, as amended).

Personalised goods cannot be also exchanged.
