The Verona vintage-style women\u2019s houndstooth transitional coat is our latest offering for spring and autumn. We designed it drawing inspiration from past decades, whilst giving it a modern twist. Hence the minimalist, slightly looser fit, subtle details (delicate cuffs on the sleeves), soft fabric and gentle shoulder line. To enhance the effect, we\u2019ve opted for a timeless herringbone pattern in this year\u2019s most fashionable colour: mocha. The herringbone pattern is very subtle and will also appeal to those who prefer muted colours and patterns. The coat fastens with a double-breasted placket featuring hand-sewn buttons. It ties at the waist for a better fit. Two functional side pockets, finished with a trim. A lapel collar with slimming V-shaped flaps. Knee-length \u2013 ensuring you feel light and comfortable. A vent at the back. This is a relaxed (but not oversized) cut, giving the silhouette a laid-back look.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s therefore perfect for when, after winter, you want to wear a light outer layer that still keeps you cosy in cooler breezes. It is fully lined, which provides additional warmth and makes it very comfortable to wear. A great and stylish alternative to the classic trench coat.<\/p>\n Material: 70% virgin wool, 30% polyamide<\/p>\n Lining: 50% acetate, 50% viscose<\/p>\n Like viscose, acetate is produced from cellulose. Acetate yarn can also be made from recycled cellulose such as paper. The acetate lining is excellent at absorbing moisture and permeable to air. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex\u00ae Standard 100 certified.<\/p>\n The coat should be dry-cleaned. However, you can take care of it on a day-to-day basis by using the following products offered in our shop Brushes for cleaning and care of the coat<\/a>. We also recommend airing your coat regularly and hanging it on a specially contoured hanger. We determine the cost on a case-by-case basis, after assessing the scope of the work following prior contact.<\/p>\n An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n The order fulfilment time depends on our current stock levels and the availability of the specific colour of fabric.
