The process of making a coat begins with laying out the fabric by hand, so that every part of the coat fits together both in terms of construction and the herringbone pattern. Next comes the sewing of the coat and the hand-sewing on of the buttons. The entire process is labour-intensive. However, we are confident that we deliver garments produced with attention to the smallest detail. In line with our philosophy of minimising our environmental impact, we avoid overproduction and do not make coats for stock. \nAcetate retains its vapour permeability and excellent moisture absorption. It is coated with an antistatic apprettee and is OEKOtex\u00ae Standard 100 certified.<\/p>\n
\nOur coats are insulated with a compressed thermo-insulating quilted fleece on the lining. The fleece is made from recycled polyester fibres. The material is lightweight, thin and at the same time perfectly insulating. The insulating fleece we use is resistant to moisture (it retains its insulating properties and warming effect even in damp conditions), stops the wind, is hypoallergenic and breathable.
