We\u2019ve made it from high-quality fabric with a high wool content, which guarantees durability, comfort and natural warmth. This approach not only allows us to achieve a perfect finish, but also to minimise fabric usage and reduce waste, which in turn reduces our environmental impact.<\/p>\n<p>The coat should be dry-cleaned. To keep your coat clean, it is often enough simply to air it out and brush it regularly. This method is gentler on the fabric and helps to reduce water and energy consumption during the washing process. The scope of the alterations and their cost are determined separately for each order. <strong>An individual order is not subject to exchange or refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"DE\">The order processing time depends on current stock levels in our workshop and the availability of the specific colour of fabric. If a particular coat is available \u2018off the rack\u2019, the order will be processed very quickly \u2013 within 2\u20135 working days. If a new coat needs to be made or the order requires customisation \u2013 such as alterations or the creation of a new coat to the customer\u2019s specifications \u2013 the order processing time may be extended to a maximum of 2 weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We do not believe in overproduction, and most of our coats are made to order.
